-NPC Shields now Regenerate.
-A total of 7 new bases have been added, including the bases in Alaska and hidden bases.
-The MOD is now required to be installed on the client computer for a player to access the online server.

-1 cruiser has been added to the Liberty fleet to close up its formation to match the other fleets.

- Fixed some issues with the Phoenix and Kusari Gunboat collision files, it is possible to kill both with player guns now.
- Fixed the power consumption issue with the Raptor & Defender Mk II.
- Some server side warnings have been addressed and repaired.
- Nomad Lasers, Blasters and Cannons are available for sale only at very high prices.
- ALL Nomad Weapons are now considered Class 10.
- Battleship Iowa in Alaska should have missions available now and people in the bar.
- The Liberty AT and Kusari Gunboat now come standard with slightly better shields than they originally did.
- The Phoenix maneuverability has been altered to be more like the Sabre.
- The Kusari Gunboat maneuverability has been altered to be less like a VHF.
- Some minor fixes have been applied to Alaska.
- P81 Base has been changed a bit, including but not limited to, missions being added and base loads changes.
- New Shields for the Gunboat and AT have been added to undisclosed locations.
- Previously missing Class 9 Heavy fighter shields have been added.

- The starting reps have been changed slightly, mainly now all new players are enemies with Nomads instead of neutral.
- Base controlling factions for some of the new bases has been fixed.
- Deep Scanners now scan cargo at 5000 km.
- The Hitpoints of cap ships and gunboats has been raised considerably, again, including player gunboats and Armored Transports.
- Several changes to various "hidden" bases have been made.
- Some XML errors in the info cards have been fixed.
- Galileo now has a trade lane from the existing trade lanes to the Alaska jump gate.
